Ash Hound

Ash Hounds are spirits of the Ashlands. When the plane was destroyed by the Ifrit the animals that lived their were destroyed as well. When the Hunters rose again from the ashes of their world they rose loyal beasts to aid their revenge. These canine-like spirits are fiercely loyal to the hunters they serve. They will give their lives for their hunter who is the pack leader.

The first Ash Hounds was created shortly after the first Ash Hunter.

Ashe Hounds are nearly absolutely loyal to their hunter. The sole exception seems to be mortal infants and children. There is something about mortal children that bond with Ash Hounds. Sometimes even disrupting the bond with their Hunter.
