Queen of Ellendar

Endirwen has served as the Queen of Ellendar 2600 AM, but she is not royalty in the same meaning as human feudal society. The elves only recognize Ellowyn as their Queen and her court as any semblance of a nobility among them. The Elven Great Houses are a reflection of her court - with all of the intrigue and shifting alliances, as Endirwen is a reflection of Ellowyn. She serves because her house is currently in the ascendency and she was selected by her house for this position.

While all of the duties as royalty as actually handled between various members of the great houses, Endirwen remains the single ruler that is scene by outsiders. This is a tasks that she has come to enjoy over the years as she has seen the rise and fall of lesser people of this world. She is fascinated by the humans and their creation by the magi; although she is less enthralled by the influence the dwarves seem to have over them. For this reason she has become more active in her contacts with the humans in order to steer them back to the path envisioned by their creators.
