The weight of command carries is full force on War-leader Aranion. He has commanded Ellendar's soldiers against the Kingdom of Dakar, Xian, and the Three Kingdoms each time winning significant victories. Each loss of life only adds more iron to has back, the human nations can easily replace their losses while each of his diminishes the last remaining city of the elves on Miran. On the two occasions he commanded soldiers from human nations he put the lives of his elves above all others.

Aranion believes with his full self in the old ways of the elves. Respect for the celestial_court and ones elders. A community built upon returning the world to the hands of the only people that cared for instead of exploited the land. He fully supports the actions of Root and typically has several high ranking members on his council staff.

In Y462 Aranion took command of nearly two-hundred (200) elven warriors that were sent to Bornheim to destroy a demon army. His personal bodyguard fought with Xarth over an insult from the human concerning her activities with the Red Knives. That incident coupled with the long-standing human interference with Tminir Tower nearly caused Aranion to withdraw his warriors until the humans had been killed.
