Kavasila

Kavasila is the oldest Irillian settlement in the Selcarian Province. It was built by the legions as they crossed the Black River. Originally it served as a supply head for the Legions operating in the lands south of the Caragan Sea. There have been several battles and wars raged between the Irillian city of Eryx across the river. As Kavasila has grown, Eryx has shrunk. Over 70% of the ships making their transit down the Black River use the ports in Kavasila.

Kavasila is the second largest city in Selcaria.
