Chaos Lords

In the dominion of Miranda the fragments of chaos that did corrupt the titans or gods have formed a single entity of tremendous power. This being stands above both gods, devils, and demons in terms of both influence and power - a natural font of confusion, disorder, and discord throughout the realm.

Un-life was created when The Chaos was by corrupted the spark of creation that was found in the Titans and their servants the Gods. The Chaos lords are made from the power of The Chaos that remains free of the corruption. The Chaos Lords do not oppose the un-life or creation - they simply exist as change. The Chaos Lords like The Chaos does not have the ability of Entropy to truly unmake something, but they can change all but its true self.

Push and pull, actions and reaction, order and chaos. There is not one without the other in the universal balancing act. Both the Light of Order and the Lords of Chaos formed at the same time, each opposing the other. The Light of Order seeks harmony, peace, structure, and concordance.

Those mortals who posess the power of chaos will be opposed by those who posses the light of order. Each will be drawn to the other, as the power of one grows so does the power of its opposite.

It does not matter if the Chaos Lords or Light of Order moved first, for in truth they move equally and simultaneous at all times - they simply are incapble of anythign else. Regardless, both beings have inbued various mortal beings within their existence with a measure of their power. Each of these beings

At any one moment of time within a small fraction of the realm, The Chaos Lords imbue within a single being, a share of their power that is without measure. This Sorcerer serves as the physical manifestation of their will upon this realm and opposes the Servitor of the Light of Order. It would be impossible for a single being to hold even a sliver of the power, instead the Sorcerer serves as the font of which the chaos of individual agents add their power.

The Sorcerer is a gateway of power through which power from the Chaos Lords flow. As such they serve as a font of power for various agents that have been touched by the power of Chaos. As the power of chaos spreads it then feeds back into the Sorcerer, increasing their power - this in turns supports even more agents and acts of chaos.

In the end the Sorcercer's physical form simply cannot survive as the power reaches beyond their mortal shell. When that happens a being of pure chaos will be born. This being will then seek out all of agents of chaos throughout the dominion and consume them utterly. Once each agent has been consumes this being of pure chaos will be drawn towards the Font of Light and destroy it. The battle itself has a devastating impact upon the world and will determine the course of events in the dominion for hundreds of years.

The current Sorcerer upon Miranda is Dellock, should anyone discover this fact they would probably hunt him down and kill him. It would be impossible to capture or contain him forever - even the gods could not accomplish this task.

An agent of Chaos is anyone that has been touched by the power of chaos and used that power to cause chaos. Only the very strong-willed could be touched by chaos and resist its effects, in which case the power will seek out a more willing mortal. Only a legendary figure could contain the power of chaos within them, master it, and use it for their own end.

Most mortals that have been touched by chaos become a servant to its power. They seek to spread the power and effects of chaos wherever they go - eventually dying in the process. When the host dies, the chaos will seek out another host to imbue with power. This will continue until it is consumed by the chaos sorcerer. The agents exist only to create more chaos, thus increasing the power that is given to the Sorcerer before the final battle.
