Children of the Sun

Umwasunna, also known as The Children of the Sun is the religious holy land of the Sunna. Located at the very bottom tip of Aquanius with additional territories along the western coast. Founded by the Sunna tribe in 950 AE they drove out or assimilated all the other tribes in the area. They fought the rathari to the north and stopped several incursions by Turanians trying to sail in their waters.

The holy land is a caste system with mobility for those blessed by Suruk, the first one. Their are five castes, but none of them are slaves or serfs as found elsewhere. Even the lowest caste still retain the dignity of humanity. The gift of their physical labor and menial duties casts them in the warmth of Suruk. Should they preform their duties well Suruk will reward them.
