Brotherhood of the Sun

At the end of the Age of Magic when the gods returned to the world they discovered that corruption existed everywhere. Vash, goddess of the sun, cleansed some of the world and gathered forth her strongest followers. She blessed them with artifacts that shone with her purity and brilliance. With these relics her followers gathered a mighty host of warriors and banished the corruption from the surface of Miranda.

The Brotherhood of the Sun is now a large knightly order that travels the world, usually in groups of 6-10 people. and destroys any corruption they come across. They generally only accept small donations or simply food and shelter in return for their services. Most of the companies are lead by a priest or priestess of Vash. It is possible that some of the groups still have one of the artifacts that Vash gave them during their first war.
