Primal Power

Primal power is a short-hand notation for the power of creation possessed by the gods and the power of the un-life possessed by the devils. This is the raw power of existence and is only limited by the nature of the being that houses that power. These beings were not created and then granted primal power, instead primal power coalesced around a single thought or idea - thus creating the being. For this reason a being possessing primal power is incapable of exercising free will. They only exist as an extension of the primal power that formed them.
