Intimidation

The most ungraceful skill for convincing people to do or say what your character wants. Either through implied or explicit threat this can be an efficient way to gather information. Intimidation is an obvious social attack that is defended by Will.

Threat of Violence

Intimidation works best from a position of power over the subject. It requires a reason to fear the interrogator for any effect to be successful. A bonus can be given to the interrogator is the subject is clearly in a weakened position and unable to retaliate against them in the future; likewise the subject can gain a bonus if they are secure in their position against any real harm.

Brush Off

Intimidation is more than extensive interrogation sessions. It also represents the ability of someone to deliver a powerful, menacing first impression - Presence is used to reflect a more positive impression. Upon a successful roll the character is able to simply ignore and walk by those in their way through sheer implied threat.
