Dimensions

This power allows the creation of dimensional portals and planar gateways. Dimensional power users are familiar with the meta-physical nature of the dimensions, their inhabitants, and the danger of travel to other realms. Range is the distance between the ends of gates and portals (see Distance and Range Table)); duration increases how long they stay open; target limits the size of objects that can pass through. Creating a gateway can be difficult, but by using times when the barriers are weak, the planes in alignment, or opening an already existing gate make the task easier.

A power user can make assessments or declarations about a being from another realm.

Dimensional Pocket

A character can create a small “pocket” which can hold all kinds of scale 1 equipment. It requires a skill check to put something into the pocket or withdraw it.

Call to Hand

You can call into your own an object well known to you in a known location. If someone currently possesses the object they can resist the use of this power. The power must encompass the size and range of the object; a roll is always required.

Walls of the World

You can identify the time and location with different planes of existence are at their weakest.

Manipulate Portals

The character can not only detect existing portals, whether active or not, but they can also manipulate and possibly destroy them. Portals that you do not create can be locked or even trapped against manipulation and use skills similar to lock picking.
