Putrid Zombie

A Putrid Zombie is a simplistic undead commonly found underground. It is similar to other zombies in that the body has been animated by magic, but with no spirit it remains mindless. The skin of putrid zombie is hangs loose on the body and often feels like a bag of thick liquid. This liquid is produced slowly, but constantly and the zombie will often puke it up or have it leave from their orifices.

This “bile” is poisonous and even the stench has been described as foul enough to drive back the most resolute.

As with all non-spiritual undead putrid zombies cannot survive long without the magic used to create them. The average time is less than a month if a wizard is not maintaining the spell keeping them moving.
