These lands were granted to phoenix_force by King Reiner IV in 451 AH. The lands were divided among the members of the group at the time the lands were granted (Tharen Starlight, Gul, Hellstrom Darkmaster, Ridolf, and Cohen). Junior members Julianna and Arianna were given small lands around the hold itself.
The Feuwald were named as part of the Crown Holdings by Reiner II when he claimed the lands based upon the Medaille Treaty with the elves. In xxx AH Reiner IV divided this land among the heroes who saved his kingdom from the Solenki Castle. The lands south of the Kald River were granted Phoenix Force, a mercenary group chartered in the Kingdom of Dakar.
Construction of the walled manor and keep was finished on Phoenix Hold in 454.
