Feuwald

This forest stretches in a strip from the foothills of the Iron Mountains to the northern border of the Elfenwald. The forest gets its name from the hot springs that are found along the northern edge. Many streams from these springs run through the woods, depositing rich minerals along their banks. The heavy minerals of the earth give the forest very unique colors. There is flora and fauna in the forest that is not found anywhere else in the Kingdom of Dakar.

These heavy mineral springs have long been a source of water for the forest and a destination for many pilgrims. The water bubbles up from deep within the earth and collects in large steaming pools. The water overflows the natural basins and forms many rivulets that flow south. Most of these streams do not travel more than a hundred yards, but a few of them flow together and eventually empty into the Kugelbine.
