Vitorii

Vitorii was born in Kratovo to a prostitute. Like many such children he was tossed into the street as his care would become a burden. He is not sure who rescued him, but he remembers her long white-blonde hair. Upon his twelfth birthday she was suddenly gone and he had to survive on his own. Lucky for him she taught him a very useful skill. He knew how to use magic to call spirits and bind them to objects or bodies.

Vitorii has turned that special talent into a thriving business. He snatches up dead bodies and summons spirits into them to work in his brothel. Although they do not last too long they work for free. He understands that his business would be hated by any “proper” man or woman, but there are plenty of people that are only “proper” in public. He always has a sizeable customer list. He currently runs the Pestilence Pustule in Fountainhead.

History

Vitorii early years as best avoided. Once he perfected his talent he made his money and power in the collection of secrets he wrung out of the spirits he summoned. He would run various street scams to pull in his marks then look for the bodies in their family history. Once he had some dark information he would shake down the mark for coin. He was not a greedy man and tended to keep his hush money to what they could afford easily.

In Fountainhead he wormed his way into the inner circle of King Merridan by providing him with the names of those who would betray him. Vitorii mixed into this list anyone that showed an interest in challenging him. To provide a source of income he runs the Pestilence Pustule, a brothel specializing in the strangest requests.

Legacy of Marak

During the Fountainhead arc of the Legacy of Marak campaign his business, the Pestilence Pustule, was used by the PCs several times. Vitorii himself became a source of information, his business a gathering place, and his skills with necromancy useful on occasion.
