Jorack

He appears roughly human; although his eyes are set too far apart and appear as solid black orbs. Although he shaves his hair close to the head, he natural hair pattern is tight curls. His skin is a uniform chocolate brown, except for a single snowy-white scimitar-shapped area over his heart. It is this shape that is reflected in the astral and elemental planes - as well as the shape and color of his aura. Whenever he talks about anything in the past he never refers to anyone directly. He talks about places and things directly, but never people. The same holds true about the future - only in present terms does he mention someone directly.

History

Jorack comes from a now-dead race called by the searchers. No outsider knew what they were searching for; although their nomadic presence is mentioned throughout the history of other races. Jorack doesn't talk about his past to anybody.

Combat

Jorack can draw his soulblade under any circumstance. It rises out of his heart and moves to his command. For those rare creatures without even the tinniest portion of a soul - he also carries a one-handed sword, of local design, on his right hip. Jorack will try almost anything to avoid a conflict, but once battle is joined he is nearly unstoppable. Common weapons seem to bounce and slide off his skin and direct magical attacks seem all but worthless.

Acquaintances

Love was never part of his race, in fact, his race never had children or elders - they just existed. Therefore, he is not quite sure of his footing around what he is feeling - and a soldier that loses his footing is dead. This gives the impression he is clumsy, which only seems to amuse Rhian more.

He is his battle-companion and sometimes shieldbearer. Jorack wouldn't engage in combat without at least trying to contact Un'lor. Un'lor's wisdom and tatics, plus Jorack's leadership and ingenious strategies is a highly effective combination.

Jorack hates mysteries. Mysteries cannot be planned around or taken into account. If forced to include Shadow and his warriors in combat they will more than likely work the far flanks probing for a weak spot to attack.

Silver pulls her weight in gold for Jorack. She moves his troops along the faerie paths and scouts ahead with uncanny attention to detail.
