Jalo

The Captain of the Nightwatch in Bornheim, Jalo, was raised to his position after it was discovered the previous captain was involved with rebels within the city.

Jalo has black hair, dark brown eyes, and built more like a runner than thug. He typically sports a van dyke with his hair tied into a braid. Most times her mannerisms could be described as brusque or even oft-putting, but nobody who watches him would not say he works hard for the city.
