Gorrick

Gorrick is the boss of the Rover Gang, a gang of street kids that live in the caverns beneath the Blackhouse District of Fountainhead. He has lived a hard life and have the scars to show from his fight to the top. He is missing his left hand, two fingers from his right hand, his left leg just above the knee, and three toes from his right foot. In addition most of his left ear is missing and his right eye is blind.

Aside from all of that physical damage he is a dangerous combatant. Gorrick has learned to adapt to his situation and is likely to spit into Death's eye when the reaper final comes for him. He is not articulate or genteel, but he is true to his word and drives a hard bargain. He works devilishly hard to gain the upper hand and would rather come out with nothing that give up something of value for nothing. He would not even ask for his life to be spared if the deal wasn't sound.

Even among goblins Gorrick was a hard case. His parents threw him out of the house at nine after he killed a human for hitting him. He returned a week later and killed his parents for not giving him his stuff when they tossed him out. For good measure he cut off the ear of the human's daughter as payback for the ear her brother insisted Gorrick lose to pay for his father's death. He would have done the same to the man's son, but he already crippled the kid.

The following years consisted of Gorrick not willing to back down even a step regardless of what it cost him. He killed and was maimed as he fought his way out of the tribe lands and through the Blacktorn Mountains. He eventually crossed the Utmarii Plateau and reached Fountainhead.

Unlike the dumb humans that already settled on the outcropping Gorrick tasted the power in the rain and fled into the caverns under the city. As the humans walked in a daze he killed and robbed them whenever it suited him. Eventually the Sidhe arrived and put an end to much of his fun. Although they normally were quick to kill any human that disturbed them they were more interested in “herding” the humans.

IN 460 AH he kidnapped, cajoled, and bribed kids to form his own gang. He finds human children violent and nasty, but ultimately honest which makes them the perfect followers for him.

In 462 AH he captured a jundari named Quilate along with a Grimshaw. He trades the jundari to Thorne in exchange for weekly craftsmanship and six (6) feathers a week. These feathers sell for a good price in the market. He kept the Grimshaw and just plans on letting it feed on other prisoners.
