Fiella de Maria

Fiella de Maria is a Changling, but keeps that a closely guarded secret. She was consumed when she was still a swaddling babe and the fae inside her is determined to live the longest life she can in this world - experiencing everything. She is drawn to the most unusual places, which is how she found her way to Fountainhead. The large number of fae in this area makes it easier for her to hide.

Fiella is short even among Theodovan women barely standing one-hundred and thirty-four centimeters (4'5“ tall) and slightly out of proportion. She keeps her red hair cropped very short in a buzz cut to avoid anyone noticing that it is alive. It is incredibly painful to cut off a living part of her body, but it is the most noticeable body change caused by the fae spirit.

She has set up a group people call the Gray Cloaks on account of the robes they wear. She uses a series of cutouts, dead drops, and throwaway people to contact the various groups with the Gray Cloaks. The Gray Cloaks never gather together and each group works alone. It may be slow and difficult for such roundabout messaging, but it protects her from being found.

She has befriended Lilliana who offers her protection in exchange she keeps the market running smoothly and has people dispose or discourage those snooping too close to Lilliana.
