Priest of Karash

Father Ernst was initiated into the ranks of temple_of_light following the death of his father in the year 441 AH. His family had long revered Karash as most fisherfolk, but most are too independent to worship in a temple of stone and wood. Ernst joined the temple to seek solace, but ended up a fervent believer. Several summers before he signed on with a mercenary company, so when offered a position with the Order of the Storm he gladly accepted.

Father Ernst was a large and barrel-chested man, his body as much fat as muscle even in his youth. Thick-necked, stubborn, and always ready to verbally or physical shove to get his way - he could be abrasive to those around him. He was never the most pious man and as the years grew between his father's death he reverted to his old self. He lost his hair years ago, but still maintains well-trimmed mutton chop.
