Aelon

Aelon is a fae lord who followed Ellowyn into exile from the fae lands. Although it is believed that he loved her, she never returned his overtures and instead chose Mardac as her consort. He remained by her side, but as the ages past he fell from her favor. He was eventually seduced by Castae, a powerful unseelie, who bound his will to her with her dark powers. Under her direction he stabbed Ellowyn then took his own life by jumping into the Well of Life after mortally wounding himself. To speak his name in the celestial_court is a grave insult and is told to bring great sadness to Ellowyn when reminded his betrayal and death.
