Unseelie

Among the creatures of the Fae Lands the Unseelie are those seen by mortals as having wicked dispositions. Those fae that play cruel tricks, harm people, and generally seen as creatures of the night. All fae will seek to avenge insults and can be prone to mischief, but the unseelie rarely require offense to bring their ire.

As the Seelie are not all benevolent so the Unseelie are constantly wicked. Often a prominent fae gains a reputation for wickedness based upon past actions that were not truly wicked, simply replaying a debt or avenging an insult. As all fae are affected by how they are perceived by mortal some fae change from seelie to unseelie and vice versa.

Some of the most common unseelie are bogies, bogles, boggarts, and a lubber.
