Child of Zarn

A holy creature of unholy purpose

Zarn is a god of the Divine Realms driven by his purpose to reunify all of creation, before their were gods and devils - before their were even the Titans. To achieve this Zarn created an anomaly within the Shadow Realms. This anomaly contains both the power of creation and the un-life with just enough of the shadow realms to avoid its own destruction. No god or devil has ever been able to duplicate this anomaly for they lack the clarity of purpose of Zarn.

A Child of Zarn, born from something that should not exist (should no longer be possible) is a being of unfathomable power - bound by the laws of a universe that no longer exists.

Can the anomaly be destroyed is unknown as neither the god or devils are willing to risk the destruction of all on the unknown. Instead, it is universally agreed by both sides of their eternal struggle that any Child of Zarn should be destroyed when found, but the anomaly allowed to exist.

Each Child of Zarn is unique, no two look physically similar although they all share a like spirit. They are not spiritual creatures, but in fact fractured spirits inhabiting the same physical body. It is not a chaotic creature filled with rage and capable of wanton destruction - but is likes its creator, a being possessed of the power and purpose to purify all that is and re-create the universe as whole.

A Child of Zarn is not a natural creature - it is not native to the Mortal Plane. Instead it is birthed from the anomaly Zarn created in the Shadow Realms. Many people believe that it is possible to kill a Child of Zarn, but this simply returns its purpose to the anomaly.
