Kyuendkul Planetarium

The Kyuendkul Planetarium is a wonder of the world. Over one-hundred years under construction, it was built by the Degshun and dwarves of the Standing Rock Clanhold. It charts the path of the heavenly bodies known to the Degs at the time of its construction. Using a complex structure of guides, gears, rods, and semi-precious stones it marks each known object.

After its destruction it has been rebuilt from what pieces have been found along the walls and ceiling of a large cavern. It is no longer a true tracking as the caretakers have to adjust it every few weeks, but they have made some adjustments. Instead of semi-precious stones they used quartz to accent the luminescent moss that grows in the cavern. They have cultivated this moss so that it follows the tracks making the stars shine as they do in the might sky.

Thought lost to the world, during the Fountainhead arc of the Legacy of Marak campaign Quilate discovered the planetarium have been rebuilt on the ceiling and walls of a large underground cavern right above the root of the Great Tree. The dwarves of the Blackthorn Clanhold have found nearly every piece and have been slowly repairing it.
