Kilouliki Marsh

Located between the Tibbs River and Vitale River the Kilouliki Marsh is a flat flood plain interspersed with sand dunes and obsidian outcroppings. The marsh stretches nearly 18 miles (28 km) wide where the Tibbs River disperses into it. During the west season the marsh spread out in the southern basins reaching nearly five feet in many places. During the dry season the marsh nearly shrinks in half except along the deepest channel that runs between the Tibbe and Vitale rivers.
