Doursse River

The Doursse River begins on the western shoreline of Lake Hadt, which is filled by many feeder streams that come from the western side of the most eastern line of the Fuldelf Ridge. The river is wide and deep enough to allow for the passage of shallow draft craft along its entire length year round. The river empties into the Borulli Bay in the center of the city of Bornheim.

Bornheim

Main Article: Bornheim

This river is very important, both religiously and economically, to the city of Bornheim. The river enters the city under a large fortified gatehouse along the eastern wall. From there it enters into a stone canal built by the dwarven stonearm_clan and local masons. This canal has a series of locks that are called the Six Glories and were built to honor Karash, the patron god of the city.

At the end of the river is Grand Temple of Karash where the river cascades as a large waterfall and empties into the Borulli Bay.

Carnuff River

The largest tributary of the Doursse is the Carnuff River. This small, but fast running, river flows out of the Fuldelf Ridge as it runs nearly east to west just south of the city. It merges with the Doursse just a few hundred yards east of Bornheim. The village of Lehner sits at the Y formed by these two rivers.

Cornithia River

The Cornithia River is a small tributary from Lake Carrolls north of the Doursse River. The Cornithia River is navigable by raft or flat-bottomed boat.
