**Gang Leader in Valparia**

Known in the [[atlas:Valparia#Black Alleys]] of [[atlas:Valparia]] as a nearly reasonable gang leader, Eliskinder stands out in the crowd. With his red-gold seemingly metallic hair and pitch black eyes his visage can seem quite frightening. Most of his business is money-lending and then enslaving those who cannot pay. Instead of collecting interest he collects using their free labor until the debt is paid off. No job is too disgusting or humiliating for Eliskinder to punish those who refuse to accept their fate.

In Y460 his business was nearly undone by [[people:Sofiya]], [[people:Brizanthimus]], [[people:Ludwig]], and [[people:Xarth]] while they were passing through the city. Nominally on the business of the [[orgs:vulfgrau_trading_house]] they helped a Baker and his child, [[people:Irene]], who where indebted to Eliskinder. He barely managed to slip out alive after they thrashed his gang and robbed his second-in-command.
