On the two occasions he commanded soldiers from human nations he put the lives of his elves above all others. Aranion believes with his full self in the old ways of the elves. His personal bodyguard fought with [[people:Xarth]] over an insult from the human concerning her activities with the [[orgs:Red Knives]].
