====== Pah'Shar ======

The Pah'Shar are ethnic [[creatures:human|humans]] who originated on the southwestern coast of [[atlas:Miran]]. They build their homes atop cured timbers in the mostly tropical [[wp>wetlands]]. From the coastline of their origins they spread north through the marshlands and river valleys eventually reaching the fertile farmlands south of the [[atlas:Caragan Sea]].

===== Characteristics =====

The Pah are characterized by a dusky olive-toned skin and dark eyes. They have razor straight dark hair, with black or very dark brown being nearly exclusive. A Pah's face tends to have a wider nose and more pronounced cheeks that human average. In addition to fuller lips, a slightly enlarged jawline, and smaller forehead. Males and females average a few inches shorter than average, but this is mostly due to the diet consumed by the largest percentage of Pah, those living in their native lands of Pah'Shar.

The Pah'Shar worship [[creatures:Exalted Beasts]] that they believe are inhabited by the spirit of their ancestors. These ancestor spirits guide and protect the Pah; although never directly.
