This treaty was signed between King [[people:Reiner II]] of [[atlas:Kingdom of Dakar|Dakar]] and Queen [[people:Endirwen Landilinar]] of [[atlas:Ellendar]]. This treaty granted large swaths of land to the Dakarian crown in exchange for military support against the [[atlas:Holy Irillian Empire]] and [[atlas:Xian]]. The war to destroy the Irill was very costly for the elves and the Queen was steadily losing ground to the Xianese.
