====== The Keystones of Corvis ======

The Keystones of Corvis is the name given to certain people of lineage descended from Renauld the Golden. They carry his ability to purify and interact with magic. The city of [[atlas:Corvis]] had long pulled the king from the members of the family with this trait.

An individual with the talent is typically incapable of practicing spellcraft as is normally practiced in the realms. They act as a natural lodestone to the mystic energies, often in a way that is disruptive to the more structured practices. 

When [[people:Llannoth the Lich King]] attacked Corvis, the members of the family bearing the lineage were either killed or fled. the [[lore:Guild of the Keepers]] worked to keep some safe. It is unknown how many survive.

As the magic of Corvis grows more unsteady, Lannoth has sent his servants to seek out the Keystones.
