These are the most simple magic items that a magician can create. A device can be used by anyone, regardless of their own ability to cast magic. The device itself actually casts the magic and supplies the magical energy to power the spell from itself.


====== Non-Mages Casting ======

Although the device provides both the ability to cast the spell and the magical energy to power the spell. The user of the device must still provide the will to target the spell. With no knowledge of magic, the user uses their **Willpower** skill to successfully target their victim.
