**Kiffin** is a [[creatures:shoag]] federated country formed by the alliance for the three largest tribes settled upon their lands. After the destruction of the [[orgs:Qeren Tribe]] by the [[atlas:Turan]] the largest remaining tribes agreed to join together for their own survival. The country is a federation of each of their lands. They agree to mutual defense and a halt to all wars among themselves.

The lands of Kiffin comprise of most of the [[atlas:Kiffin Marsh]], the [[atlas:Janicho Swamp]], and the [[atlas:Red Shoals]].
