====== Holtenwertz ======

The **Holtenwertz** manor is an independent holding directly from the Lord Marshal of [[atlas:Bornheim]]. It was given to Sir [[people:Hubbert Beck]] in exchange for his service.


===== Geography =====

The manor holds 8 sq. km (3 sq. miles) of land of which less than a third is wastage. Lord Holtenwertz holds 600 acres in his personal demesne, mostly along the [[atlas:Cornithia River]] that runs through his lands. Seven villages provide ample peasants to work the fields and harvest the timber.
