**Grohn** is a town in the [[atlas:County of Wessel]] run by Sir Wernherus, a knight with a long and rich history of service to the crown. The town holds the widest bridge over the [[atlas:Pershen River]]. Although the river can be forded in many areas, Sir Wernherus has men patrolling the river looking for those avoiding the bridge tolls.
