====== Cemer ======

The town of **Cemer** sits on Crown Lands immediately west of the [[atlas:Fuldelf Ridge]] and the [[atlas:Duchy of Haibach]]. The town, and its soldiery, control the western edge of the [[atlas:Duchy of Haibach#Graubruke]]. The Gaubruke is the the easiest passage over the Fuldelf Ridge and this town stops anyone from using the road unless they pay the toll.
