====== Barrowton Island ======

**Barrowton Island** is the most northern point of land in the world. Located less than 600 km (400 miles) from the North Pole, it is surrounded by the [[atlas:Northern Ice Shelf]]. Nothing grows on the island and it is only visited by resting sea birds.
